Ali joined Odin Financial Advisors in September 2023 as Senior Director.

Ali is a seasoned investment banker with more than 15 years of experience. Prior to joining Odin Financial Advisors, he was part of leading national and pan-European investment banks such as Garanti Securities, Mediobanca and TSKB. Having worked in more than 100 M&A, ECM and debt transactions, Ali has in-depth knowledge of the Turkish corporate ecosystem and investment dynamics. He has profound expertise and experience in executing complex deals, leading teams and structuring complicated business models and transactions.

Ali completed undergraduate studies at Tufts University in Economics and International Relations after which he earned an MBA at Koç University.
