Berk joined Odin Financial Advisors in January 2019 as a Associate Director where he primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Odin Financial Advisors, Berk worked as an investment banker at Ünlü&Co where he advised strategic and financial investors in several M&A and IPO projects. Before that, Berk worked as an equity research analyst at Global Securities where he covered listed Turkish companies in retail, confectionery, beverage, telco and aviation sectors. He began his career in 2011 at PwC Turkey Audit services.

Berk holds a BA degree in Actuarial Sciences from Hacettepe University, Turkey and Capital Markets Board Derivatives and Advanced Level Certificates.
