Kunter is a seasoned top-level executive and engineer with over 30 years of professional experience.

He has served as CEO of two portfolio companies of Actera Group, one of the largest private equity firms operating in Turkey. At his first company, Tam Finans, he led the company’s transformation as CEO for five years, and then remained on the board as CEO of Dünya Varlık, another Actera Group portfolio company.
Prior to that, Kunter held a series of positions at Finansbank, starting as Director of Analytics. He then served as Coordinator for Retail Loans, Deputy General Manager for Credit Card Marketing, and also managed the Call Center and Direct Sales teams.

In his early career years, he worked at Microsoft as an Enterprise Sales Representative, McKinsey & Company as Consultant and GE Medical Services as Project Sales Representative. At one point he launched his own company, Kratis, focusing on Data Analytics.

Kunter holds a BSc degree in Electronics Engineering as well as an MBA. Today, Kunter is leading Odin Financial Advisors’ Business Advisory Practice, and he is also serving the Boards of TTGV and Global Corp., an EBRD investment.
