Aareon, backed by TPG, Advent International, and CPFQ, is a leading European provider of property management software serving the housing, commercial real estate, and facility management sectors. The transaction comprised a 100% share acquisition for an undisclosed consideration. Odin Financial acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Apsiyon in this transaction.
